About

Dr. David Gruder, PhDDr. David Gruder, Ph.D., is the Chief Integrity & Collaboration Officer for Integrity Culture Systems. This 11-award-winning psychologist who was the first recipient of a leadership award that was named in his honor, is a recognized leader in the areas of self-development, culture architecture, and business psychology. He has been featured numerous times in Forbes, and was dubbed by Radio & Television Interview Reports as “America’s Integrity Expert” in 2008 when his second print book, which provides an integrated blueprint for restoring integrity to all levels of society, won six of his eight book awards.

A speaker, trainer, mentor and trusted advisor for the past 40+ years, Dr. Gruder’s mission is to make happiness sustainable, collaboration successful, integrity profitable, and cultures healthy. He does this by bringing the wisdom of psychology to business, the wisdom of entrepreneurship to professionals and the wisdom of both to education, governance and social change.

Well, what do you expect from someone who was at Woodstock?! David’s first love was music and he was expected by many to make that his career. A child of the 1950s and 1960s, his parents sent him to Woodstock when he was 15 (long story!), and his profound experiences there have influenced his personal and professional life ever since.

His world was again turned upside down when he happened to be back in the New York area (where he grew up) when 9/11 occurred and for well over a week after. He was so impacted by that experience that he wrote “A Declaration of Global Responsibility: Ten Psychospiritual Principles for Responding to Terrorism and Fanaticism.” (This document is available at www.TheNewIQ.com/dgr)

In addition to having founded his own for-profit companies, served as founding president of an international nonprofit, and sat on a number of for-profit and nonprofit boards, Dr. Gruder is on core faculty for the California Institute for Human Science and is Co-Head of Faculty for CEO Space International, an entrepreneur development organization that helps businesses become profitable through collaboration instead of competition, and without sacrificing integrity or social responsibility. In addition to having co-founded and served as first president for the international nonprofit Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, he is an Elder with the ManKind Project.

Most of all, David is known worldwide for his unquenchable passion, broad talents, and huge heart. He is a Transformation Leader who thought leaders look up to and seek mentoring from. One wrote in a book that he “might well be the Sigmund Freud of the 21st century.” Another calls him a “leading spokesman for the future of the world.”

Dr. Gruder’s first print book, Sensible Self-Help: The First Road Map for the Healing Journey” won two book awards (“Mental Health,” “Health & Wellness”). His second print book, The New IQ: How Integrity Intelligence Serves You, Your Relationships & Our World,” won six more book awards (“Current Events in Politics & Society,” “Social Change,” “Conscious Business & Leadership,” “Health & Wellness,” “Psychology,” & “Self-Help”) for providing an integrated blueprint for restoring integrity to all levels of society. A major upcoming Hollywood feature film (“Growing Up Graceland”) is based on his third print book, “Conversations With the King,” which he co-authored with David E. Stanley.

The working titles for his forthcoming next two books include, “The Hijacking of Happiness, Health, Prosperity & Governance… and How to Reclaim Your Power,” which this website is all about, and “7 Psychological Keys to Entrepreneur & Leader Success.”
